Just Chill Red Tip
Camellia 'FARROWCJFRF'
Add year-round beauty with Just Chill Red Tip™ camellia. Beautiful even when not in bloom, the new foliage on this fall-blooming camellia emerges a glossy burgundy-red accentuated with a lime green midrib. In autumn, single soft pink blooms contrast nicely with the green and burgundy foliage.
JUST CHILL Double Mauve
Camellia 'FARROWCJH'
Just Chill® Double Mauve camellia brings an unexpected color to autumn and winter - a bright pink-mauve. Each semi-double flower opens to an elegant bowl-like shape and is perched above thick, leather, dark green evergreen foliage. We have seen very good survival even here in our West Michigan trial gardens but to be safe, are offering this fall-blooming camellia as hardy to USDA zone 7, with potential for USDA zone 6b with protection.
JUST CHILL Double Pink
Camellia 'FARROWCJPD'
The Just Chill series of fall-blooming camellias is all about making them easy and accessible from both a production standpoint and a landscape/garden standpoint. Just Chill Double Pink camellia, the newest addition to the series, has an abundance of soft pink, peony-like double flowers and dark, evergreen foliage with showy red new growth. Its dense branching and ability to bloom at a younger age give it excellent container presentation.
JUST CHILL Double White
Camellia 'FARROWCJWD'
For a landscape classic, it's hard to beat a white camellia, and especially Just Chill Double White camellia. This elegant fall-winter blooming camellia comes to us from Mike Farrow, and joins Just Chill Red Tip and Just Chill Double Mauve camellias in the series. Large, double white flowers nestle elegantly amid the thick, leathery, evergreen foliage. We have seen excellent survival here in our West Michigan trial gardens, but are selling it as a USDA zone 7 plant, or down to USDA zone 6b with protection.
WARM HEARTED Ruby
Camellia 'JDCXLL0501'
The fresh evergreen foliage is just the beginning of the interest this camellia has to offer; the real magic comes in fall when blooms explode, covering the glossy foliage with an abundance of flowers. The sheer number of flowers and the length of bloom are the reasons the Warm Hearted series is truly the best we've seen. Warm Hearted Ruby camellia is packed with highly doubled pinkish-red flowers starting in the fall and continuing on into spring. This strong-growing, long-flowering, and densely branched landscape tree was developed by John Davy of Panhandle Growers in Milton, Florida. John has been growing and breeding camellias for years, and he clearly knows a good landscape plant when he sees one.
WARM HEARTED Pink
Camellia 'JDCXRM0616'
An abundance of clear pink blooms to warm the winter months! Warm Hearted Pink camellia flowers prolifically from fall into spring, bringing much-needed interest to warm climate winter gardens. The vibrant pink flowers really pop against the deep, glossy evergreen foliage. This long-flowering, strong-growing, and densely branched landscape tree was developed by John Davy of Panhandle Growers in Milton, Florida. John has been growing and breeding camellias for years, and he clearly knows a good landscape plant when he sees one. The sheer number of flowers and the length of bloom on the Warm Hearted series is remarkable; the best we've seen.
