Another excellent addition to the Jazz Hands® series of Chinese fringe-flower, Jazz Hands® Velvet Loropetalum chinense offers lasting color that is sure to make an impact. This loropetalum has very dark burgundy-purple foliage and has a compact mounding habit. In spring, the dark foliage is packed with vibrant pink streamer-like flowers.
