Beyond Pink’D

Caryopteris 'DCARBEYBAR'

And now for something completely different: the prettiest pink caryopteris we've ever seen! Coming to us from Gavriel Danziger in Israel, this plant boasts large, glossy, spearmint-green foliage and spires of pure-pink flowers, stacked in neat layers along the stem. It is not quite as hardy as conventional caryopteris, its fast-growing, easy-blooming nature makes it perfect for containers and summer color options in cooler areas.

Sunshine Blue Ii

Caryopteris 'SMNCVH'

Improved yellow-leaf caryopteris. Sunshine Blue ® II caryopteris is a new, improved cultivar. It replaces the original Sunshine Blue ® caryopteris as it has proven in our trials to be brighter, hardier, and more adaptable. Vivid yellow foliage holds up to the heat of summer and offers bold, beautiful contrast when blue flowers begin to appear in late summer. Also known as blue mist spirea, despite the fact that it is not remotely related to Spiraea.

Beyond Midnight

Caryopteris

Selected for its very dark foliage and deep blue flowers, Beyond Midnight® caryopteris is a reliable and handsome addition to really any sunny spot in the landscape. It attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, making it an excellent choice for perennial beds and pollinator gardens. Its spiky blue flowers and deep foliage bring refreshing color to the late summer garden. This tough shrub is easy to grow, and once established, it's very drought tolerant. Beyond Midnight® bluebeard is also extremely deer resistant; in fact, it’s part of the Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Deer Proof™ program . It’s also known as blue mist spirea, though it is not related to Spiraea .
